Waipi’o Hale I’o is a large studio house with full kitchen overlooking the famous Waipi’o Valley. The ocean and valley views are remarkable. It is located off the main entrance to Waipi’o Valley and away from the crowd that sometimes develops at this must-see visitor spot.

It will accommodate two people comfortably. Additional futon/bed that will accommodate two children or two good friends, may be brought into the studio with advance notice.

Rates for single or double occupancy is $150.00 per night (3 night minimum) or $125 per night (5 days or more), plus 11.42% state tax. Rates are for 3 day minimum stay. One night stay add $25.00. Extra person per night, maximum to four – $25.00 per person. Minimum stay required during Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. A 30 day cancellation required on the Holiday bookings.

Deposit policy: single night – 100%
multiple nights: 50% of booking
Cancellation Policy: $25.00 processing fee
Two weeks prior to booking date – refund minus fee
Under two weeks – full payment required if room cannot be rebooked.
